How can I reinstall acrobat pro 9 since I don't have a cd disc with the original program

follow all the directions and download the trial:  http://prodesigntools.com/all-adobe-cs5-direct-download-links.html

activate with your serial number.

I couldn’t find the order but did find the original download. I tried installing the program but got the following message:

“The serial number you entered is invalid. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer

Support.

I tried entering the serial number both with and without the hyphens and both ways I got the same message. I received your email and tried the following link “http://prodesigntools.com/all-adobe-cs5-direct-download-links.html” which you recommended and when attempting to install the program, I go the same error message saying the serial number was invalid.

Do you have any other suggestions.

you either have a license for one program/suite and are attempting to use it with a different program/suite or you have a questionable license.
