Changing the default dialogue window size in FrameMaker

I'm using FrameMaker 7.2 on Windows 7. Is there a way to modify that the default settings that FrameMaker uses to define how large dialogue and information windows? I'm referring to such windows as that for the book file, or the menu (accessed under the Window menu) that lists all open FM files?

When I open up a book file I need to constantly resize the window so that I can see all of my chapters, and in the case of the Windows menu, I can only see the first nine open chapters listed without having to click on "more windows" to see the rest (my screenshot below shows what I mean). In fact, I wish that I could keep this list of files open it's own window so that I could quickly change between my open files.

This is a huge pain and has been for years. Unfortunately I don't have the ability to upgrade to a newer version of FM that is presumably more modern.

I'm hoping that there is a configuration file somewhere where these values are stored that I can edit.

Does anyone know how to do this, or if it can be done?

Thanks heaps!
