I am having trouble with backing up my catalog. It stalls after I click on back-up catalog. It has been in stall mode for 8 hours.
Get out of that, then go to File>Manage Catalogs>Repair and then Optimize and then try again.
Do you have any missing files in your catalog?
I have reconnected all missing files. I have repaired & optimized my thumbnail cache & it still will not begin the process of backup.
