Installing CS4 Master collection fails on Windows 8

The error occurs when installing InDesign. Does CS4 work on Windows 8? The install seemed to take forever and I have a very fast system running 64-bit Windows 8. Thanks.

What error message do you end up receiving? You may want to review the installation logs to determine the error which is occuring. You can find details at Troubleshoot installation with install logs | CS3, CS4 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-installation-ins tall-logs-cs3.html.
