Product still in use after deactivation?

I am wondering why when I uninstalled my old after effects cs5 from my mac, it still says on my adobe account that it is "still in use" even though I uninstalled and deactivated it...

I installed after effects cs5 on my mac back in January 2011. I recently am purchasing the new cs6 and I uninstalled after effects cs5 without deactivating it at first. realizing this dumb mistake I re-installed it and deactivated it and said "deactivation sucessfull" however on my adobe account under "my products and services" it still says that after effects cs5 is under the "still in use" tab. please help!
