Why Illustrator CS6 have "The file is not readable" again ???

Just occasionally

artwork create from mac Illustrator CS5

and gotta to open in windows Illustrator CS6

Anybody can help me to fix it

    Nobody can know without seeing the actual file and knowing what's going on with it, what save options you used and so on.

    OK, Sorry everyone.

    The file create  from Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard, Illustrator CS5.1

    My system Mac os x 10.6.8 Snow Leopard

    Intel Xeon Dual Core 2.66

    Memory 2 GB. DDR ll 667 MHz.

    HDD 250 GB.

    Display NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT

    I save my file CS5, CS3 and open in windows Illustrator CS6

    System of windows 7 32bit

    Intel Core i5

    Memory 4 GB.

    and I get this issue

    but just occasionally, It random, not alway

    Sometime open fine, sometime I get this pop up, and just close my file only

    Previously few day

    I test by many windows many Illustrator CS5, CS3

    and

    I get this same problem

    In CS3 I get this pop up, I Repair Replace already and nothing to happen

    Anybody can help me to fix it

    Are you savig directly to and reading directly from a networked volume?

     

    If so, try the following:

     

    - Save to your harddisk

    - then tranfsfer to the server

    - transfer to the other harddisk

    - then open in Illustrator

     

    does it work?

    No networked volume and server

    Just simple

    I'm open my work from DVD and copy my work to harddisk

    the results is the same problems

    "The file is not readable" in CS5 and CS6

    "An error occurred...xxx.psd" in CS3

    but I'm open in mac it fine
