Reinstalling Inspiration Browser

Elements 10. I was directed to uninstall Inspiration Browser. When I tried to reinstall new version, I keep getting error messge"Adownload error occurred. Try to install again?" I can't get support from Adobe and now I can't use the tutorials that come with Elements & Premier Elements 10. Help please.

    Thanks for input, but I just figured it out. Instead of trying to download from the Elements program, I went to the Adobe web site and it downloaded Inspiration Browser from there w/o a hitch.
