Issues uploading photos to Photoshop Elements

I imported some photos from my camera to my windows program. however, these photo will not automatically download to photoshop as it once did before. Help!

    Can you please explain a bit further what actually you did?

    If you want to import your camera/card reader files into Photoshop Elements Organizer you have to first launch Organizer and then click File >> Get Photos and Videos >> From Camera/Card Reader.
