How can I move custom workspaces between computers in mac OSX.8?

There is no longer a "User -> Library" – its former location in 10.7.

Yes, it's still there, but Apple decided to hide it from you.

Quick way to access it is in the Finder: hold down Option while opening the "Go" menu, and it'll show the library entry.

There are also instructions on the web for how to make the Library folder visible all the time (which, frankly, it should be - you have to delete or tweak preferences way too often).
