image processor

Trying to use image processor in bridge. Go to tools-->photoshop--> image processor....then PS opens up but window in PS will not open

. I have used this tool in CS 5 and no problems. HELP!

    In Bridge click edit/preferences/startup scripts.  Make sure there is a check mark for at least Bridge and Photoshop.

     

    Also, make sure you are runnning CS6 Bridge and CS6 Photoshop.  Many forget that they have the old Bridge version set to run in the background and so CS6 will not start.
