I purchased some actions from a company online and there are 2 actions on there I just cannot figure out. One is Bokeh, and the other is Bokeh Blur. I contacted the owner and she tried to tell me to look and follow a tutorial on layers. I thought that it was to blur the background, but from what she is telling me is not doing that. She said to make sure I use a white brush....well let me back up. She said to flatten the picture, then run the action and during the action it does a lens blur then you are supposed to select a soft white brush and go over the picture. Well,,,,it does nothing. What am I doing wrong, or is she telling me wrong? Cannot figure it out to save me!!
