Output each page with a custom file name

I have an Indesign Document that consists of 1 image per a page.

I would like to output each page from Indesign separately as a PDF or EPS.

But I want each of the PDF/EPS to have the file name of the image.

How can I do this?

It would probably require scripting.

If you are using OSX I can post an AppleScript that will work.

Try this. Asks for a PDF preset and destination folder. The name of the PDF is the page number followed by the name of the first image on the page i.e. 01-myimage.jpg.pdf. If there were no image on the page the name would be 01.pdf. You'll get a message when the exports are complete.
