Is there a way to organize fonts in Fireworks?

I have hundreds of fonts and would like to find a way to organize them into groups or folders such as "favorites". Using Font Book there are ways to organize fonts, but it doesn't seem like Fireworks doesn't recognize any organization you might create in Font Book - it simply shows all installed fonts.

Thanks,

Scott

The answer to this is "No."

I've thought about using a font management application (like Linotype FontExplorer) to approximate this, turning groups of fonts on and off, but I've never actually tried it and suspect it might create a mess.

Developer Aaron Beall has a font panel concept outlined here: http://fireworks.abeall.com/labs/. If I had to guess, though, I suspect it's not being actively developed. You could try leaving him a comment to express interest.
