Whenever I try to run my Adobe Premiere Elements 11, it works pretty fine during editing. Then whenever I try to render, the CPU jumps up to 100% and then after about 10 minutes, it crashes. It has worked to render in the past and my computer is way above the optimal specs. I know that my CPU is not supposed to run at 100% and I was wondering if there is any way to fix it and make it so my computer can render high quality videos without using 100% of my CPU.
