Hello,

I am having issues in downloading InDesign. When the file is at the 'extracting' point, at 28% I receive this message;

Exit Code: 7
Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DF024 ...

-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------

- 0 fatal error(s), 1 error(s)

----------- Payload: Adobe InDesign CS6 Application Base Files2 8.0.0.0 {F48E8FE8-8D40-1014-8129-D1C5ABFD087E} -----------

ERROR: DF024: Unable to move file at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\adobeTemp\{F48E8FE8-8D40-1014-8129-D1C5ABFD087E}\_1475_f583ab1de2d42987719b5195bc9c5801" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS6\Plug-Ins\Graphics\(JPEG Export Resources)\idrc_PMST\1023.idrc" Error 1117 The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.(Seq 1475)

Can anyone help me solve this? I have tried downloading this via the website, Application manager and Adobe Download Assistant and the same thing happens (28%, error message). I've aslo spoken the the support line and they aren't very helpful and cannot solve this.
