Clone stamp tool - my "brush" outline has disappeared. How do I get the outline back?

I have been using the clone stamp tool for a few weeks without any problems, but a few days ago the outline of the brush disappeared.  I can still clone an area and replace the undesired area, however, I can't see the exact area that will be affected because the black circle that showed the brush size is now invisible.  Help!!!

    Try using the square bracket keys on the keyboard.

     

    [ to decrease cursor size

    ] to increase cursor size.

    thank you...but I can increase and decrease the size of the brush.  I just can see it the outline of the brush.

    and a short cut to increasing or decreasing the brush size is to hold the Alt key down and the right mouse key and sliding your mouse left to decrease and right to increase
