printing issues

basically we have installed elements 10 on a new machine with windows 8 on it and when trying to print a photo its only giving us 2 options to print as ie a4 and letter any ideas please on how to rectify this thanks

    Do you have the latest drivers for your printer? Check on the manufacturer's web site.

    yes my drivers are upto date have just re-checked them but still only have the two options but thanks for your input

    In case you try to print from some other application, are you still getting 2 options?
