Photos fail to transfer to from camera

When I try to transfer photos from my Olympus SZ-12 camera, I get a message that the transfer failed because the files are not supported.  It is the same camera I have used may times before and the photos are jpeg format.  How can I fix this?

    Is it working now?

    If not, please let me know the following details:

    -Which OS?

    -Which PSE version?

    -In Photo downloader dialog, along with import files, are you doing some other file operations (like creating folders, renaming files etc.)?
