I encoded a blu ray disc and I can't get the 10 second title movie's music to play. In the project when I preview the title the music is there. If I just select the music in the project, it plays. I did the identical project for an SD version of the show and the title music plays. I've tried a wav and an aif file with no luck.
I've authored a couple dozen or more of these shows in SD and Blu Ray with no problem. Any ideas?
This is on a MacBook Pro 2.8 GHZ, running CS6.2 and OX 10.8.2 with 8GB ram.
Please post a screenshot of the flowchart.
What do you mean by "title movie" that is only 10 seconds?
What is the specific format and characteristics of the audio? Are you certain it does not differ from other, successful projects?
Below is a screen shot of the flowchart for this project. The music files I've used in the past successfully are .aif and .wav. When I made the SD version of this project, I simply saved as another file name and then replaced all the .m4v files with SD .m2v files doing nothing to the audio. The SD version worked fine, the Blu Ray not so well. I've replaced the audio file a couple of times now with no success.
The over ride was a mistake. It's the same in the SD disc and in theory shouldn't have an effect. Though we've come a long way...there is still some "black art" in DVD encoding....trying another version of the title encode & will let you know how that went.
Thanks for your help.
