Error when trying to purchase Flash Pro

I am trying to buy a subscription to flash pro but keep on getting this error;

I cant call the number because I am outside the US

I know you said you can't call the number but I would try seeing if maybe you can chat with them online or even e-mail them. I am not sure if you are going to get the help you need through this forum (although I could be wrong!)

You might try to find a way here: http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/contact.html that doesn't involve calling a number while you wait for a response from this thread.
