content viewer and text wrap

Every time I try to access my text wrap pallette it forces the content viewer open and shuts the text wrap pallette. basically I can't access my text wrap.

What are you actually doing when you attempt to "access" the text wrap panel? What are you clicking on?

Just using the menu to access the text wrap. The pallette shows up for a few seconds than disappears and the folio builder is launched.

Try trashing the prefs. See Replace Your Preferences
