Hello,
I'm a registered user of Production Premium CS5 and I recently switched back to the PC platform. I am hoping someone in the community can somehow get me a copy of the download PC version, if it ever existed, of the Production Premium CS5?
I spent 2.5 hours on hold with Adobe support only to have the rep, and the supervisor, tell me that my software is obsolete (which I felt was like saying I didn't matter anymore) and that my only option was to pay $750 for an upgrade to CS6 and therefore be able to cross over platforms. That was really insulting.
Every other piece of software I use, and I use a lot, from other companies of course, offers both PC and Mac versions of software if you purchase a license. I am a legitimate and supportive Adobe user, meaning I don't take advantage of the torrents one can easily get their hands on without passing a cent Adobe's way, and this is how I am thanked. Really crappy Adobe. I understand you're the big dog on the block, but do you really have to capitalize on that??
Any help from anyone will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Jeremy

What do you currently own?
Is it Production Premium CS5 for Mac? and you want to switch to Production Premium CS5 for Windows?
If so, you will have to pay to crossgrade to Production Premium CS6 for Windows or join the Cloud.
Hi Curt,
Yeah, they were quite explicit in saying they did not sell or support anything older than CS6. My response to them was I would never believe that they completely erased or destroyed all versions of CS5 and therefore it was a matter of them not being willing to provide me with a copy, in some form or another.
I see the benefit of a the cloud service, but I'm not quite ready to hand over any more money to Adobe right now, not only for principle, but because my already paid for version does everything I need for the moment.

Links to download earlier versions of Adobe products are available.

However, if you don't have a CS5 for Windows serial number then the Mac version of CS5 will only run for 30 days (being a Trial). After that you need a CS5 serial for Mac which you can no longer obtain.
If you don't join the Cloud then your remaining option is to purchase a crossgrade to CS6 for Windows.
