unknown error: -12004 in Encore CS6

I finished to convert a blur ray image file without problem (.iso file).

 

I try to convert DVD image to my computer (I do the same thing for 1 year without problem) and I got this message:

 

Unknown error: -12004

 

I have plenty of space in my drive.

 

 

Is there a solution to this problem ?
