Convert gif from flash

Hello house and great people,pleae i made an image animation in flash cs5 and i saved it as a gif file, upong viewing it on the browser, it looks grainy nd pixalated.
Now, i saved it as a sequence gif file and i could not get my head around it on adobe photoshop cs5 so as to make it look smooth nd clean
Please, how can i make it look smooth using adobe photoshop because its an animation and i have been cracking my heads around it..step by steps will be appreciated

    Animated gifs have to use a single color palette of 256 colors for all of your frames, depending on your source material that might be the reason why they look grainy/pixelated/wrong-colored

    I'm assuming you really need it to be a GIF (otherwise specify). If so you should use some video software if possible to export a video for conversion. They have a great way of condensing color frame to frame and can even shift color toward a hue to reduce the colors necessary to display each frame. You can also frame blend and smooth/blur each frame to get rid of grain.
