Hi,
I replaced my flash video with apple friendly video but now the fly out menu gets hidden behind it.
Why? What can I do about it?

Thanks
Autoplay on page load is really quite obnoxious, you know? You should allow site visitors to decide if they want to hear media or not. Unsolicited noise like that can be very disruptive to co-workers, sleeping children or other media I might be listening to.
Anyway, flyout menus look OK to me in Firefox. If you're having issues in IE, look at your z-index (stacking order).

Thanks for your replies.
I have fixed the autoplay problem and as in my other discussion about Flash vs mp4 for mobile devices I am still in a quandry as I have looked and it seems split as to whether people use Flash on pc's and laptops more than Quicktime now.
Problem still remains, iPhones use mp4/m4v/qt etc but it seems home users prefer Flash.
What is the answer?
IS there a format that serves both?
Also even after the z-index stacking order and still have the problem in Chrome and Safari.
The fly out menu still hides behind the inserted media plugin mp4 video.
Use M4V or MP4 video with an HTML5 player like Pickle Player. This will reach the widest possible target audience (mobiles, tablets, PCs & Macs). Flash is dead.
