    What is your Operating system?

PSE hasn't got an option to make the menu items larger but if you are using Windows XP, Vista or Win7 then you can use its Magnifier to make everything larger while you are working.  This is a temporary option and you need to launch it every time you login to your account.  To read about it, please go here:

    Good luck.

When you set the text size (size of all items) under display on windows, pse 11 doesn't pay attention to most of the settimgs, only some of the menus

are changed (only in the editor), but most everything else stays the same size.

Do you see the same results with windows 7 set to 150% as below?

    set to 150%
