Cannot download Adobe Help Manager

I have PSE11 installed on a WIndows 7 computer. When I try to download Help Manager it tells me I need to install Adobe Air which I have. It than will gives me an error and will not download Help Manager. Thanks for any help.

In PSE11 pressing F1 now links directly to the on-line help and tutorials.

Here is the link.

You could download the latest help files to your local machine. They are available in PDF format although may be a bit slow downloading.
