Is it legal to sell your custom Lightroom presets on your website?

I wonder if you need a special license from adobe to sell your own custom lightroom presets or photoshop actions.

    No...but you have to be VERY careful how you use the Adobe registered trademark and the various products you may be building products for, Read this: Trademark guidelines.
