InDesign with Creative Cloud

Feb 7, 2013 11:43 AM

I don't understand how I can upload an ID file that is packaged to creative cloud.  It tells me I can't upload a folder.  When I upload a file and then open it at another location all of my links are broken and I don't have access to the pictures at both locations.  I am a teacher and use ID at home and at School.  I don't have the same picture database at home as I do at school.  Can someone tell me how I can manage through this?

Have you tried zipping the package folder and uploading that?

Right click the folder and choose compress...or something along those lines.

Don't have my Mac open right now.

If you want me $0.02 worth, for any current file you're working on, I'd

put it in a Dropbox folder.

That way you always have access and version control. You know, to avoid

that sick feeling when you save over a file you shouldn't have?
