customized chart horizontalAxis LogAxis

In Flex logAxis, by default, the LogAxis rounds the interval down to an even power of 10. I'm just wondering how I could change this behaviour. In the chart, I need to have the horizontal axis starts from 20 and ends at 20000. And can I have the fixed labels in the axis? For example, I'd like to have:

 

20, 40, 40, 80, 120, ..... 10000,12000 ,20000

 

How should I accomplish this? Thanks for the help.
