"there is no disk in the drive" error Premier Elements 11

I get "there is no disk in the drive" error continually when I try and use Premier Elements 11.  I am using win 7 on 64bit system.

    Moving this to the Premiere Elements forum, since few people here use PRE and you'll get more help there.

    Here's a solution that usually works:

     

    Adobe support (via chat) told me it was because SmartSound needs to be installed (or reinstalled).
