Installing on a new Computer

I downloaded Photoshop Elements 10 and Premier Elements 10 as an upgrade from Version 6 in August 2012.

I have just bought a new computer but have stayed with Windows 7 Home Professional BUT 64 bit instead of 32 and it is a French language version of W7.

I have copied the downloaded installation files onto a DVD from the old computer and then onto a memory stick for installation. (My new computer will not recognise its DVD drive yet -have to get it fixed!). Installation of Photoshop Elements proceeds normally up to a point and then rolls back to zero.

Any ideas?

1. click help>deactivate after opening each program on your old computer, if you no longer intend to use those programs on your old computer.
2. download your programs here (after following the instructions): http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-10-direct-download-links- pse-premiere-pre.html
3. activate withour license.
