install updates

I was told to uninstall adobe air and inspiration browser in order to install updates to both.  I uninstalled but it would not install new updates.  What do I need to do?

    Can you please let us know for which product you want to install update.

     

    If you want to install update for creative suite product do you have licensed product or you have a subscription

    Moving this discussion to the Photoshop Elements forum.  Jubi2photo please be aware that all content which was once available in the Inspiration Browser is now available on tv.adobe.com.

    Hi jubi2photo,

     

    Many users have faced the same issue. I don't think anyone found the right solution.

    I will recommend you to just skip those updates. For the tutorials (which were accessible from Inspiration Browser), just go to tv.adobe.com. It lists all the major tutorials you found under Inspiration Browser. Adobe has also discountinued with the Inspiration Browser in PSE11.

    Thanks for your response.   I think I also uninstalled something called AdobeAir which was suggested.  Is that an important component of photoshop?  If so, would it be possible for me to uninstall photoshop and reinstall using the disc I got from Dell?  I appreciate your help.

    With photoshop, I believe you mean Photoshop Elements.

    Well you don't need to. If anytime PSE needs Adobe Air, it will ask you to install it. So no need to bother.
