Can I easily share my Illustrator symbols with Photoshop?

I have spent a lot of time building a beautiful symbols library in Illustrator. My developers only have Photoshop. Is there a way to open the Illustrator Symbols library in Photoshop? and store it?

    There are several ways, but they all would require that you build a new library in Photoshop. Do you need them as shapes or as smart objects or as pixel images?

    I suppose smart objects would be the most versatile.

    Then you can copy the graphics one by one from your Illustrator file and paste them into a Photoshop file

    LOL! Yeah. That's what I'm doing. It takes forever. Talking about 30+ symbols. Why do Illustrator and Fireworks have libraries, but not Photoshop. This is a nightmare.

    Plus, you can't edit symbols from a central location. If I want to make a change to a repeated symbol, I have to do it to each instance.
