When cropping, photo disappears.

When cropping a photo, the photo disappears.  I have been using Elements 10 abd Elements 6 before that and never had this problem.  Is there an online repair for this? Or a reinstall?

    Most likely you have some really small values entered into the width, height or resolution boxes.

    Resetting the Crop Tool by clicking on the small downturned white arrow and choosing Reset Tool usually fixes it.
