Cannot install update to Photoshop Elements Inspiration Browser

I followed the instructions for removing the program on my computer but when I go to install the update I keep getting download error and try again,,,,,,,,,,,??????

    Hi,

     

    Please help me understand a little more about this one here. Did you uninstall the application/PSE? Where are you trying to install updates from then if you've already uninstalled the appliation? Did you install it post cleaning/removing the program as you mentioned above?

    Also, please post the error msg/screenshot. I might ask you for the logs (; i'd tell you where they're located) but before that I just want to understand what error so that I can request you for the appropriate logs.

    Hi Ruthek11,

     

    Inspiration browser gave many problems, that's why Adobe dropped it in PSE11.

    I will recommend you to use tv.adobe.com, which has almost all the video tutorials you will find through inspiration browser.
