I am unable to install the second disk, the (Mac OS) disk that comes with the photoshop elements 11. I nagivated to the install.app section, install. Need help please

Hi Ykissi,

Adobe has given the details of the disks for PSE10. They should follow same for PSE11.

Here are the details of the DVDs:

And here are the steps to installation:
http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/install-premiere-elements -photoshop-elements.html

If you are not able to install from the DVDs, you can also download the trial version from following link:
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements &loc=us
and then just enter the serial number, and it will become a valid copy of software.
