move CS6 from laptop windows7 to MAC windows7

I am not sure it is the right place, so I apologize if it is the wrong

forum as it is my first time here. I could not create the discussion

directly on the forum: I could only type a subject but could not enter

any body text??? . I have photoshop CS6 running on my pc at home and on

my laptop.  As I am now residing part of the time abroad I bought a MAC

and installed windows7 on it alongside MAC OS. Can I transfer CS6 from

my laptop to the MAC|windows knowing that it is a double upgrade

CS2->CS4->CS6 and will I need to pay anything?

    you can use, at most, two simultaneous activations with one license.  if you deactivated one of your other activations you could install and activate on your mac running windows.

    Thank you very much for your help. I was just worried about the fact that it will run on a MAC instead of a native windows machine, that might count as a different platform. I just have to find out how to deactivate as I thought it would be done when I uninstall it from my laptop. Thank you again.

    before uinstalling, click help>deactivate.

     

    if it's too late for that you'll need to contact adobe support to reset your activation count: www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html

    Thank you so much for your help. I contacted adobe as I have an upgraded

    CS6 from CS4 from CS2. they told me that I have only to deactivate CS6.
