I shooting with a sony xdcam ex
I am new to premiere and wondering how to set up a new sequence the has a setting of 60 fps
I first chose the sony xdcam settings but they only have 30 fps and once i export my video it seems very choppy/glitchy
i exported the video using h.264 too
so i just want to know how i can change this.

There's no such thing. 1080i/30 is the norm. 1080p/60 is a newer format, though still fairly uncommon as you can't put it onto DVD or Blu-ray.
60i is a misnomer that camera makers use, but it's incorrect terminology. Adobe uses the correct terminology. If it's interlaced, it's 30i. Use that.
