ERROR 16: I've tried everything!

Mac running OS X 10.8

Error 16-

Steps I've taken to solve that have NOT worked:

- Uninstall, reinstall

- completely re-downloading

-using CS cleaner and repeating the above

-repairing disk permissions

-installing on another user

Any answers that will actually work?

Permissions listed in that article were correct, I did not have to change anything.
