why won't my photo album transfer to a disc or another folder on my harddrive.  it says it is there

why won't my pjoto album copy to a disc or another folder on the harddrive.  It shows that it copyed but when you try to open it it says no files found.  For some reason adobe element 11 is blocking my album from going anywhere but to shutterfly or to stay in the create of 11.  I am real flustered because I have worked 2 day on my album and not i can't get it published into a book.  Please help me....Bonnie Cheney
