Best way to vectorize an b&w image?

which do you think is the best way to vectorize a black and white image? (not grayscale, just two colors).
Because I've tryed a lot of different ways to do it but nothing gives me the results I want. I am sure there should be another way than manualy tracing it because its just black and white.
I want to get the exact same look but vectorized, I uploaded a picture to show more exactly what I'm trying to do.asd.jpg

    Have you tried Live Trace?

    As jhovan said; try Live Trace. Play with the modes and options. Even starting with the admittedly low-res jpeg you posted, it doesn't do too bad of a job (see below). The higher the resolution of your starting art, the better the result.
