Tweening images

Hi there i'm very new to flash but i need to know if it's possible to tween 2 images together. for example i want to tween them together like an animation tween not a simple fade etc but i want the program to fill in the gap between both images, is this possible??

    Can you show an example with two images and explain what you mean regarding having the program fill in the gap between them?

    This is an example of the image i will use, i will have an original image like this one (not this exact one) and then i will manipulate it in photoshop to show the degradation of the building as it slowly becomes more delapidated in to a post apocolyptic state. I know you can tween an animation to fill in the gaps from 1 position to another and this i what i want to achieve with this set of images. At the moment all i can find elsewhere on the net are examples of tweening images which are basically slowy faded and i want something more complex. as i said before im not sure if it's possible.

    Flash is not the right choice here. After effects is much better suited to create this fake Timelapse/Morph Effect you have in mind.

    Here is a tutorial how to create this effect from photoshop stills
