How do I move Filters, Tools, Plugins, Actions and Brushes from CS5 to CS6?

Tags:I purchased CS6 over 6 months ago, installed it and have not used it (still using CS5) because I cannot figure out how to move all my stuff from 5 to 6.
How the heck is this done? Why can't Adobe make the "upgrade" truly an upgrade instead of just installing yet another version of PS?
Perhaps it may just be me. What's the best way to organize my "stuff" so that when the next version comes along, it won't be such a pain to try to figure out?
An upgrade shouldn't be this difficult. So frustrated with this...I may never upgrade again.
