Organizer 8 will not launch after installing Windows 8

I have PSE 8,0 and it was running just fine. Now I have installed Windows 8 and I can't open the organizer? Is there an explanation of this?

    Generally, if you have PSE installed and then upgrade your OS over the top of the old one, you will have to recreate the application settings. Go to C:\Users\[User Name]\Appdata\Roaming\Adobe\Elements Organizer\8.0\ and delete the Organizer folder and try again.
