I bought the cloud for a few months.. took a break. now I paid again but my software isn't working

I bought the cloud for a couple months.. took a break. now I paid again but my software isn't working?  ughhhh. I have to wait till Monday to weave my dreams? 🙂 help! don't tell me we have to uninstalls and re-install!
