fix borders in Explorer

if you go to http://www.margisdesign.com/more/FINAL/cin/about.html Explorer adds funky borders. It's ok in Firefox and Safari. How do I fix Explorer?

IE8 and below love showing off inline frames. IE9 and above behave more like other browsers.

Sorry I changed the link to http://www.margisdesign.com/more/CIN/web/html/about.html. Have to change borders for IE8 and below. How do I fix this?

Add the attribute

frameBorder="0"

to the opening iframe tag.
