I am authoring a DVD from Encore and when I preview the project in Encore the audio is normal. After burning the disc, no audio is present. All video is perfect. Checking project shows no issues. Thanks for any help I can get.

On my DVD player. I have played around with this same sequence as it is my first test project with Premier Pro and have made less involved final versions with simple menus. . Audio has never been a problem. I have 2-3 different songs along the audio 2 track and all of the voice on audio 1 track.
I originally tried dynamic link and could not hear the audio everytime I would open up the program. I was told this could happen and that dynamic link may not be the best way. So, I rendered the movie in Premier Pro, saved it to my hard drive and then imported it into Encore, created a timeline with Chapter Playlists etc... Again, I hear the audio fine but the rendered product is silent. I recently created another menu with just a play button and burned a DVD and again, no sound. My original project was a dynamic link and once I could hear the sound in Encore and rendered the DVD, the sound was there. There is something I am doing during the process in encore which is losing the sound I suspect, I just dont know what.
If you use the MPEG2-DVD default export settings (not plain MPEG2) it should come into Encore as not needing transcoding
