How to set LR4 to make photos 576 Pixels W and constrain proportions?

I know very little about setting image sizes in LR and usually use Pixrl. I have to have my photos 576 pixels wide and constrain propstions for a website.

In that export dialogue set the dimensions to the long side being 576 pixels. Then export copies of your images.
