I can't seem to download the trial version of illustrator. It downloads the setup but when I try to run that it comes up with an error and closes. Can someone help me with this installation issue please?

It says "sorry an error has occured: This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance."
If it doesn't solve the problem, you can also try downloading the trial version directly from the site linked below. If you go this route, be sure to follow the Very Important Instructions provided before there.
